Dan was super super helpful and did everything that he could to ensure great customer service. Although I understand that transitioning from the Outlook app to Outlook web version is more beneficial, I will say that they should figure out how to make the webmail version more user friendly and not lag. I did read the email and pre-set up my web mail when we were asked but wanted to utilize the app as much as I can. Thank you Dan for all you've done and the patience you had with me.
