Guys, I should NOT have to be passed thru the regular help desk and then the Yankee Help desk and then wait 45 min + for a tech to call me back for something that could be fixed in 5 minutes or less by cancelling and restarting a process on the Terminal Server. I could fix my own problem if I had admin rights and save myself 45 minutes of time. I would still have been waiting had Rene not called me on a separate issues and had the initiative to solve my problem (THANKS SO MUCH RENE!!! :) ). Same problem happened earlier (last week), got passed thru one help desk to the other (Yankee Help Desk), only to have to wait for a tech again. I get the volumes fluctuate, however, when I could solve my own problem in 5 min or less, its hard to justify being passed thru 2 help desks and being put on hold 2-3 times.
