Main concern I have - with RDS and accessing our Quickbooks - place a call for help at 1:53 p.m. - ticket created - have to wait. Call back at 4:48 p.m. (I never received a call back)- passed to Logan. He helped me through. Had to process payroll before I left yesterday. Thank you to Logan for assisting. Are the wait times usually over 3 hours now?
