Ben was awesome! When I first presented my issue our schedules didn't line up and Ben was checking in trying to catch me at a good time. We resolved my internet issue and 2 days later Ben checked back in to see how it was going. At that time I had another issue and Ben addressed it immediately. In this week alone Ben spent well over an hour and a half resolving my issues and my computer is now running smoothly. Thanks Ben!
