I was displeased that I was still trying to verify the required applications were working correctly after Bryan started his employment. We requested Thursday April 1 as the employment start date so I could test all the applications on Thursday. (I submitted the ticket as soon as I was informed of his hiring.) Friday was a statutory holiday. I was informed Bryan was going to start on Monday. The start date was delayed until Tuesday and Microvellum was not yet functional. If Bulletproof is struggling on something I might have notes on then don't hesitate to ask. On the plus side, I did appreciate the polite communications I received. Here is another note on Microvellum setup. I installed the most recent update to Microvellum on Bryan's workstation (I think it was) Monday. If Microvellum had been reinstalled (or not used for a long time) then the update would not have been applied. We save the updates at: \\PRIMARYSERVER\Microvellum Data\Updates We ensure all our Microvellum workstations are running the same version.
