Super quick!!! Responded to my issue immediately so I could get back to work. The tech made sure I did not have any other concerns and offered to correct an annoying pop up that I get every day when I log in. As a customer service rep myself, I notice the little things, like proactively offering to fix something that I might have not have thought of to ask. Great tech and great customer service!!!
