I do not know the first two guys except by phone, they were very courteous and tried to help me. They did what they could and bumped it up the chain. Now Jose is the BOMB ! I cannot get over how smart he is and super sharp. He always has a smile and makes me comfortable. I think Fuse Three is lucky to have him. He goes above and beyond and does not seem to mind my chitchat (that might make him a saint) He is a great representative for your company. He has come here twice now and both times he was super efficient and I was able to resume work quickly.

Eric is always helpful and great at taking care of any issues we have at the office. He is always patient with our office team.

I work with a lot of IT vendors and John was the IT person I always HOPE to get but rarely do. He was personable and incredibly helpful. He seems to get that we are both working to our customer's mutual benefit and I appreciate that.
