Rick is the best.. he helped me square away a new SOP around how to perform the allowlisting for 365 clients for our new SAT offering that is under development. Thank you for the help.. It's almost impossible for me to get this accurate when documenting processes I am not following myself. This technical guidance and clarity has been invaluable!!!!!!
