He was very friendly and helpful, it just took a very long time to unblock my account and was unable to determine why it all of a sudden was blocked. Warning said because of suspicious activity, but could not determine what that was.

Jed just kept on going through the mess of connections, until he won the battle. I am very impressed by Jed. He is personable man, and that makes working with him easier. He doesn't talk in IT language, he brings it down to a common level, where I could understand what he was doing, and what I would have to do.
