René helped me and it was simply the shortcut was deleted and in the recycling bin. No idea how this happened but its resolved. Yesterdays year end deadlines, government remittances and paying vendors is non negotiable and if deadlines are missed this isn't received well and penalties applied. I'm crossing my fingers that the transfers happened in time but Daniel's lack of understanding definitely didn't help the situation.
