When I emailed John Moniz to let him know that our Wi-Fi was down, I got an immediate response and he opened a ticket right away. Nick was very responsive (as always). Nick is very polite, attentive, knowledgeable and he diagnosed and solved the problem in the shortest possible time, as he always does. On the occasions when I had to do something and then call Nick back, he was always available to take my call and move on to the next step.
