He was very helpful to get my computer to run quicker and with better efficiency. He checked when the warranty expired and it is time for me to get a new computer, so he did the work to get that sent for approval. When I wanted one more thing changed, he fixed it and showed me how to change other settings if I wanted to. Very friendly, kind and funny.
