The loss of a point is probably not on Stephen. It is probably the way the printer default settings are updated (or not) on the local workstations.

a little annoying to go through 2 people and explain what is wrong to only have someone have to call me back. I understand the queue but I don't have time for 2 explanations straight to the help desk would be better as well as you message says that I can open a ticket by email which is ridiculous simply because I am calling for a computer issue that I cannot use my computer
