I appreciated the extra effort Alex displayed in working through a few issues with my computer's start-up with Outlook. It got fixed along with other apps and documents that had been affected. He was able to get it working. Unfortunately, the issue came back up and he was supporting in by escalating it to the SERVER team as he had initially informed me...OVERALL he went ABOVE AND BEYOND with this issue and fixed other quirks while fixing this ticket...
