I opened this ticket on October 9 identifying an issue with Intune on our iPads which I thought was just a routine onboarding problem with a simple solution. Further investigation uncovered that our Intune subscription had expired and that we were already 14 days into a 30-day renewal window. No one on the Integris side seemed to know how to fix it for several days because no one thought to elevate it to a Tier 1 problem. Our staff were asked several times about email addresses and phone numbers related to the Intune account that we had absolutely no knowledge of. It seemed to take days of research to discover that Gil was the person who set Intune up for us. It seemed that every update I received from Integris uncovered a deeper layer of incompetence of lack of accountability in the management of our Intune subscription. Why wasn't Gil the first person contacted? Why wasn't this ticket immediately identified by Integris as a Tier 1? Who was responsible for monitoring the Intune subscription to make sure it didn't expire? Are we going to have the same problem with the new One Defense? Fernando Avila was very communicative and was clearly doing his best to bring all the pieces together. Props to him, I hope he earns a raise because he was great to work with.
