About Us

The story begins in 1997, when the expansion of computer use and the World Wide Web craze was in full swing. Our family created the fun, educational board game Cyber-Quest to help everyday people make sense of new technologies and understand how to use them. Since our beginnings, we’ve successfully gained a national client base and expanded our company to offer new services and all-inclusive packaged solutions for local people, businesses and organizations of all types. Or current base of operations is located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

When I called initially my phone appointment was scheduled promptly and working with the technician was easy. When they were unable to correct my problem remotely they offered for me to bring my equipment to them so they could work in it in person. I appreciate the extra effort. Even though my files were unable to be recovered I feel everything possible was done in an attempt to do so.
