When I first saw this ticket was assigned to a new tech (I assumed he was new because I don't remember dealing with him before), I developed a sick feeling in my stomach. This was exacerbated because the employee's name was 'McNew' and I had also been constipated earlier in the week. "Why do you do this to me, God?", I asked. Little did I know, Jay would handle this ticket with class and DII is grateful for his work. I am unsure who assigned this ticket to him, though I have my suspicions, but thank you kind sir for your great dispatching abilities. One of the most memorable tickets that VT has performed for us.
