My rating is not based on Kyles performance. He completed the work as per my request. I have given a lower rating because I believe that the ticket was unnecessary. When I set this calendar up a couple months ago, I requested to give Danny full permissions so we could add or remove employees as required. However, it was not completed, which lead to Kyle and myself wasting time doing something that should have already been done. Thanks,
