Erik is extremely knowledgeable. Walked through options and determined it was the mifi on cell service dropping. Switched over to the internet at the house. No issue on Thursday until end of day. If continues use ethernet cable. will continue to monitor to see if issue continues on home internet/ethernet cable.

Everything was fine. Only minor issue was that my laptop hadn't had its hard drive replaced with a solid state drive. Took a lot longer to complete the process. Just slipped through the cracks. It's supposed to be swapped out this Friday.
