I want to give a huge shoutout to Aaron Jackson for his exceptional support. He was incredibly patient and understanding, especially when I wasn't immediately available for him to do his work. Aaron went above and beyond to ensure I was properly settled into my new position, making sure I was always taken care of and that I didn't have to wait. He also triple-checked everything to ensure all issues were resolved, taking the time to personally verify everything. His professionalism and kindness made the whole experience seamless, and I truly appreciate his effort! I didn’t work directly with Austin Phonasa, but I had the pleasure of interacting with him when I reached out to the support IT team. He was extremely kind, professional, and efficient. Even though my IT agent wasn’t available at the moment, Austin kept the lines of communication open and made sure I was able to get in touch with the right person. His dedication to providing great service really stood out to me, and I truly appreciate his support in ensuring everything went smoothly
