My overall experience was positive, though it began on a challenging note. Prior to receiving the call from Aaron Jackson, the situation was quite frustrating. I was initially informed that I would receive a call at 11:30 a.m., but when that did not happen, I took my lunch break at noon. Upon returning, I learned that the team had attempted to reach me, and I was instructed to contact customer service. After approximately an hour on hold, the call was unexpectedly disconnected, leaving me feeling overwhelmed as I had a significant amount of work to complete. I decided to call back and submit another ticket request. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Jackson reached out and provided exceptional assistance. He was highly professional, efficient, and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the issue, ultimately resolving the matter in a timely and effective manner. So, long story short Mr. Jackson saved the company's reputation in my opinion.

Austin was very helpful and quickly diagnosed my issue. He also explained what I had done to cause it to avoid it in the future.
