Thank you all so much. Elliot was so helpful and extremely patient with both me and the various issues we were having which were compounded by my lack of knowledge regarding computers, networks, etc. He never failed to answer a call and actually prompted me to maintain action and effort on many occasions, as the issues took a couple weeks or more to iron out. I usually battle through any issues myself, but simply couldn't this time and to have your group available relieved a lot of stress and assist with problems I simply would never have been able to fix.

Scott did great. Fast, thorough, responsive. That was a very good experience. There is one small piece yet to be finished that neither of us thought about. I'll reach out for help to complete that task which will probably just take a couple of minutes.
