Autumn was amazing. She remoted into the computer and was able to set her up with Sophos. Determined her internet was slow which caused some issues. Determined to wait until Cass's MLJ computer arrived. Followed up and made sure everything was set up for her and working well. Cass said the process was seamless and she was impressed with Autumns help and knowledge.
