When I called and asked for help concerning my copy and paste capabilities, after what seemed like about 30 minutes, I was told it was just a "glitch". It should work out on its own. I hung up and called OUR IT dept and in less than 3 minutes, Estella had the problem identified and corrected. I then received an email stating that Integris had fixed the problem and they were closing the ticket...INTEGRIS did NOT fix the problem, FNBHS fixed the problem AFTER I called and asked for help. I have been told to call INTEGRIS as my 1st line of defense and my 1st attempt, after v visit from Integris, was a fail.

Austin was vey helpful and courteous. Called me Ma'am (not knowing my age) which I appreciate because most younger people do not still use these courtesies. Walked me thru the process clearly, and was patient as well and stayed on the phone with me until the issue was fixed.
