Steven was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. He was patient with me as I am not computer savy. He fixed the problem I thought and eveything worked good for a while but then we couldn't print any requests off at all. We will touch base with someone tomorrow to try to rectify the situation. but he was very friendly and tried to help. I am not sure what the problem is on our end. It is probably me. I want to thank him again for his help earlier.
