Adam was personable and pleasant to talk to. He preformed his job in a timely and professional manner. Was very please with his assistance today.

I had sent in request for 3 technicians having 3 different issues. Jessica responded very quickly as she always does to let me know that my request had been received. Adam call a short time latter and figured out that each technician had a separate issue and none were related to each other. Adam kept in touch with Rod A and each technician as he diagnosed and corrected 2 of the issues and found on the third Laptop that it needs an Internet card replaced. Adam arranged for Dell Computer's to come to our location and replace the Internet Card . Great work on all parties involved ! Thanks Rod A

Thank you Ryan for showing Mike how everything works. Taking that extra step provides peace of mind to him which in return allows the rest of us to work more efficiently. It is hard when having someone from an older generation and newer technology. They do not always understand that something as simple as an extra click on a link can change a lot. You were very through and patient and he was impressed. This is why we enjoy working with Iconic!
