You guys are amazing, and I'm thankful for your patience and help. The softphone was working for a bit after I last spoke with Kip today, and then ultimately was not ringing to me when calls were coming (nor was I getting the usual pop up notification in the corner), and I had to restart and go back to my deskphone to take any calls. I'm not sure what else can be done at this point, as this was always a problem and why I stopped using the softphone in the first place. It's not your fault, and I'm going to feel bad if we waste any more time on this.
