Joel completed the task as requested, coordinated with multiple users (scheduling around project deadlines, vacations, remote work, etc), and communicated status and progress to me throughout the time involved to complete the service request. Great job, Joel!

For once, I am happy to receive one of these ratings and can not say enough great things about Benjamin Roland. He went above and beyond getting me the help I needed in fixing our printer. He called at least once a day to check the status of our service and to get updates. He also continued to call HP when they were not doing their job. After one of his phone calls to them, I actually got a call from the one of the administrators at HP apologizing for the tech who did not make it during his scheduled time and assured me he would be here first thing the next morning. He was!! Benjamin even called me back after the problem was fixed by HP to make sure everything was working properly. Great experience in dealing with him. Thanks Benjamin.

Brian was extremely helpful during our interaction on Friday he even went to extent of calling Lexmark on a conference call so that all my questions and concerns could be answered. On top of all of that he not only seemed to care but was a pretty cool guy very understanding and not a spec of rudeness ... In my opinion Brian is an asset to your company, the world could use more people like him.
