One of NetEffect's senior engineers, Brett Dawson, on a Sunday, took action on my request for help with setup of a spare Surface tablet for one of the company's key Accounting staff members, in preparation for working from home during the Corona Virus crisis. You can't buy this kind of dedication to customer service, but it's typical of NetEffect's people. We very much appreciate the quality of service that we get from NetEffect.
