About Us
Crandall's Peruvian Restaurant for 20 years has served food that has been constructed around the idea of homemade and gourmet American menu. Although our menu has brought us much success we wanted to reconstruct our menu by introducing a new culinary concept; being native Peruvians and knowing what Peruvian gastronomy has to offer my wife and I decided to add in Peruvian cuisine which we knew very well is all about exquisite taste variety and ability to incorporate Influences from different time periods and cultures.
