About Us
We’re Meliora Projects, and we help people make sense of town planning across New South Wales. Simple to say, harder to do. Truth is, planning can feel like wading through wet concrete some days.
We work with property developers, architects, councils, lawyers, landowners — anyone who needs clear, grounded advice before a project goes too far down the track. Feasibility assessments, planning advice, development approvals, social impact assessments… yes, all of that. Residential, commercial, industrial, rural, even tourism projects. We’ve probably touched it.
Sometimes a client comes to us with a sketch on a napkin. Other times it’s a fully formed proposal that’s hit a wall. Either way, we step in early, ask the awkward questions, and guide things from concept through to approval. Not flashy. Just solid.
There was one project — rural, tricky neighbours, multiple agencies — that nearly stalled completely. We sat down, listened, adjusted, and… well, it moved again. Not magic. Just patience.
We take a community-first approach because planning doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Stakeholders matter. Compliance matters. People matter.
