They were most helpful!!! Some changes had been made internally and the ones who had made the changes did not share - what they had done. I do appreciate both Joseph and Samuel - for the time they took to solve my problem. I am capable of using a system, but I am not a person who has any ability to create, update or understand until I have been at least informed of changes, etc. Thanks Again!!! Giff

Thank you so much for your continued support in fixing my issues. So great to know someone on the other line knows what's happening and can explain it to me.
