Keith immediately understood the issue and was able to resolve it quickly so I could get back to work with minimal disruption. Logan answered when I called and made sure I was connected to the correct person, and that that person was available before transferring me. Both did an exceptional job and I could not be more pleased!

My first call to Integris partially resolved the password issue I was having, but Oscar seemed pretty new and I had questioned him on a few things. Theresa was able to fully resolve my password issue, and did it quickly and easily.
