Jose did a fine job on moving the PDF license a few days ago but I wondered why this wasn't done when my new computer was set up. Casey and I had instructed BJ to move everything over from our old computers to our new ones when installed. Not a big deal but that is why I didn't give a higher review. Thanks, Josh

The technician I had was alright but it took a while for the problem to get fixed. Need to use some common sense and solve problems.
