Anytime I have had to talk to these guys, it is always a pleasant experience. They are able to help me quickly correct a problem or learn something new. I have worked with both Jim and Liam, and both are professional and courteous. This is definitely a company you'll enjoy working with.

The Help Desk is excellent. They resolve the problems promptly and professionally. Jim was great helping us set up the company's website. We had great feedback from our employees. Setting up a website is not part of Blue Jean Networks core business yet Jim provided the service to help us. In general, I find Blue Jean Networks as part of our team rather than an out-sourced group. We are extremely happy with their services and commitment to our company.
