Called in at 8:05 to get password reset. Was told guys were just signing in but would get back to me before my 8:30 meeting. It didn't happen. So disappinting especially since we took 30 minutes discussing the same problem and was told it would be corrected. It was not. Did get a call from Chris, but it was too late for the meeting.

i called June 1st in the early morning and never go a call back until the next day on June 2nd. I had no access to a software and had to reroute work to others or use their computer because it clearly was no a priority ticket on your end,

Opened ticket on Wednesday to set up new pc. Initial response time was 2 hours. That's fine. Ran into a problem and escalated the ticket. Needed admin rights because I couldn't download or install programs. Didn't get a response until Friday morning when I called back. Had three technicians looking into it and still didn't get it fixed. Told Alan to have Ryan call me because Ryan knows our system. Didn't hear back from Ryan until Monday. I think your response times on escalated tickets should be better.

The issue was not fixed and both Chris and Dorian felt that what I was requesting was already available to all employees. I have send additional details and backup to show them that this is still not working.

Dorian was great. Myeisha seems new and it appeared that he really didn't listen or convey what I told him unless there was more information sent to Dorian than what was on service ticket update.

I'm covering for someone that is out on vacation period she received an e-mail that I forwarded on to my computer. It had an attachment, I opened it. I grew suspect and sent it in to you folks to see if it was a scam, indeed it was. I asked if my computer was in danger of being compromised. Ryan did not understand the question, so I rephrased it and replied. I did not receive a reply back and I still don't know if I need to be concerned about the security of my computer. Could somebody please call me?
