Seemed like a pretty simple issue and I sent the email from my spam in the very first eMail to Arnet. The consutant kept asking me to send and I kept telling him It was in the email. Maybe miscommunication, but take time to review what is sent

Greetings - The rating itself was not a reflection on Dorian himself as I have always found Dorian to be polite & top drawer. Rather, it was frustrating to get to the office at 6:45am this morning to prepare for morning meetings & find out the printer was offline & therefore I could not print my handouts for my am meetings. I was most concerned about my 9am meeting, so I call promptly at 8am to get his fixed & because of the 9am meeting expressed urgency. I was told a tech would call me back in a few minutes. At about 8:45am I called back to see where things stood & finally was transferred to Dorian at after 8:50am - I had to go to my meeting without handouts. I know everything single thing can't/won't be fixed that fast, but I expected exactly what I was told to expect that someone would be back to me in a few minutes & hoped it would be a quick reset. Thanks for listening & blessings!

The only disappointing thing was the fact that my computer was down Friday and I thought you were sending someone out to fix the issue on Friday afternoon. This was ideal for me as I was leaving work at noon and would not be returning until Tuesday morning at which time I realized that the issue was not resolved. When Chris came in Tuesday he quickly resolved the issue, however, it still left me a little behind

I had an appointment scheduled for Friday Nov. 8, but Chris missed the appointment, which is totally fine! The issue I had was that no one from the company emailed me to let me know he wouldn't be able to make it, or ask me about rescheduling the appointment. I had to reach out end of day Monday Nov. 11 because I still hadn't heard anything about the missed appointment. Otherwise, Chris did a great job and I appreciate him fixing my computer!
