Jeffrey is the consummate professional and just as skilled as the others in the Arnet group of technicians. Both professionally and personally. I am most grateful for his help yesterday. Everyone from Matt to Dan with Alan & Jill in between assisted with advice and actual hands on work while acquiring and setting up our new home/remote work computer. All of the normal urgency and work was executed by Arnet to get me & KLH through what other wise would have been a most stressful and difficult project. It has been many years since I have purchased new hardware and was not sure where to start. The fact that this was also a work computer added urgency to the purchase. THANKS TO ALL!
