Good morning, I can't remember who I spoke with Friday morning about getting the computer in our Lobby up and running but he said he'd call me back in 15 mins but then didn't. Our prospects need to login to this when applying for an apartment. As of this writing they are unable. Thanks, Kim DeVine

I started calling at 8:15 or 8:20, and it seemed like your office phone system was still on "Night'. I kept calling and finally got someone to answer at around 8:40. I was told that I would get a call back once someone was available. I did not hear back so around 9:40 I called again. I was assured that I would be called once someone was available again. The soonest a tech was able to call me and assist was after 10am. The tech was great and was able to help me get back on online quickly at that time, but by then I had been offline for 2 hours.

Dorian did not give up when we thought it was not possible to find an item that I accidently deleted. He continued to try different things to find the file, he did not just say, "I can't help you", he took his time with me and looked through several different avenues to find the folder and he did. I appreciated the time he spent assisting me, when he could have just expressed that he couldn't find it, he kept looking and that makes for a great IT Department and for us here at Marimor:)
