I'm really happy with how the team at Arnet stayed on the issue and kept plugging away at it until the issue was solved. Erik and Mike both kept me in the loop and ultimately resolved the problem. It was everything you could want from a service standpoint!

Chris is great. The problem is it has happened multiple times in the past few weeks. Being told by Matt and Chris that this problem has occurred with others as well in the past few weeks. Wish the problem could be resolved permanently.
