Alan was great and responsive. I continue to wish that you all could start responding to calls before 8:30. I understand your early meetings, but our day starts even before your 8 am day starts so having to wait until 8:30 or later is problematic.

I'm really happy with how the team at Arnet stayed on the issue and kept plugging away at it until the issue was solved. Erik and Mike both kept me in the loop and ultimately resolved the problem. It was everything you could want from a service standpoint!
