Chris was fine.. However, I am very frustrated with Arnett. I couldn't reset my password with a new password and had to call into you while my client was waiting. There has to be a better way to handle this without creating this delay. Now to add insult to injury, as I was writing this comment, I got disconnected and had to wait for a new connection. . I'm all for maximum security, but has to be a better way to make this more efficient.

Alan was amazing!!! I am a bit technologically challenged and he explained exactly what he was doing and did not make me feel “challenged” at all. He was extremely thorough, kind, informative, and helpful. If only every organization could have more “Alans!” Kudos to Arnett Technology for attracting such good talent!
