Appreciated the help and the explanation as to why I'm not receiving the paperwork from the hotels that I should be getting such as confirmations, folio's, and authorization forms. Looking forward to when I can actually check my junk mail and get what I need as it's frustrating to have to keep calling the hotels and or then send to my personal email, have to get into that and then forward it to my work one. How funny though that this didn't come through and I actually saw it in arnethosting.com. Never made it to my inbox for me to take the survey!
