Arnet passed the buck all the way to Mike Burgy and helped with scheduling and problem solving. Thanks to all of them for getting me up and running again on Last Pass. It is working but I have to admit... it does not really make a ton of sense to me. Sometimes it comes up and other times it does not when getting into sites that may need a password.

Dorian was not expecting my call (as my previous ticket had been closed), but was so kind to assist me on the fly - and spent a good amount of time (~30 min) making record of the issue, troubleshooting, and updating my computer/apps. Big kudos to the person who answered by call, as well (I'm disappointed I cannot remember her name); she provided next-level service by really listening to my issue (my computer was frozen and not likely to be experienced again after reboot) so she helped me right away by checking Dorian's availability and connecting us while the issue was live. I always appreciate the service I receive from your team!

Mike was able to conclude my files issue quickly so that I could access some files that I needed to reach some deadlines before the weekend. AND I'm happy to report they were all located and I'm back in business. Thanks Mike!

My only disappointment was, I called Friday evening after 4:00 p.m. and they couldn't get a tech to help me until Monday morning. I needed my computer up and working first thing Monday morning and no one called me until around 8:30. This isn't the first time where it takes a few hours to get someone to call back and be able to take care of issues. Justin took care of the issue which was a quick and easy fix.
