My e-mail send gave specific instructions to remove a terminated employee from a specific e-mail group and instead her whole profile was taken down. With something as important as that, it is extremely important to actual read and make sure the correct task is performed. I did not appreciate the phone call I received from management due to someone at Arnet not reading and making an incorrect change.

Justin provided great service in being thorough in answering my questions, helping me understand how our firm works with Arnet, and discussing possibilities on a few matters. My only recommendation is that he update his phone/mic/earpiece so that I can hear clearly. While on the call, it sounded like he was in a very large room while at other times he sounded muffled, and at other times he broke up. Thanks!
