At the outset, your phone system was not getting me where I wanted to be, even trying to hit 0 to get to anyone didn't work (hearing Kristi's voice on the greeting was odd). Tried to put in Jesse's name and wasn't given his extension. Did get Scott Warner's VM and left message for him. Finally put in Tony's name and got through to him and was then instructed to enter a ticket via email. Jesse apparently tried to email me on Friday with the info I requested on Wednesday for a mutual client but I did not receive (I did get confirmation email right after submitting ticket on Wednesday). Jesse emailed me again Sunday night with the information requested, which was greatly appreciated. I appreciate the cooperation we were shown in taking care of the issue we requested.

The service this time was good. However, the fact that we didn't have the key codes needed to do our reinstall was rather disappointing. It took awhile to finally get these codes so I could install again.
