Called in and spoke to Renee, who said Keith was on a call but was finishing up and will call as soon as he got done (he set up our new computers so apparently i needed to speak to him). An hour later I called back (as Ed couldn't get on his computer) and he was finally available but I went to his VM and he called me back a couple minutes later. While on phone he talked to himself and was able to resolve the issue for now but said we shouldn't have problems with asking for a password in the future but could not guarantee it. He is very pleasant on the phone, however our overall statisfaction with him on the new computer set-up has not been Connecting Points best service (Connecting Point has AMAZING service usually!).

Requested new email account be set up on our server with same settings as another employee. I was not advised Connecting Point would need access to the other employee to ensure desktop had the same programs with settings. It is frustrating to be onboarding a new employee and be unable to access the server with the correct programs. I do not speak the same computer language, but to me it should be intuitive to ensure settings and desktop programs are the same. Keith did rectify the situation; however wish the information had been verified the week before.
