Visual Lease was founded by the principals of KBA Lease Services in 1995. For 28 years, KBA has been recognized as the signature firm in lease analysis and auditing. KBA consists of an experienced team of accountants, engineers, architects, attorneys and property managers. It has helped control the real estate costs of hundreds of companies nationwide in virtually every industry.
In addition to relying on its own experience, KBA tapped the knowledge of numerous corporate real estate directors and lease administrators from some of the largest companies in the country, including Xerox, AXA-Equitable, Barnes & Noble, UBS, Kodak, Unisys and Prudential Insurance, all of whom contributed to the requirements, design and specifications of Visual Lease.
KBA uses Visual Lease every day to manage the thousands of leases it reviews. As a result, Visual Lease is continuously evolving, and reflects the most advanced thinking on how to streamline operations and reduce costs.
