About Chez Alice
Chez Alice was established in 1991 in Princeton, New Jersey on Nassau Street and became known for their delicious food and pastries.In 1997 Kelly Hamdan purchased Chez Alice and for the next ten years grew the business on Nassau Street.In 2006 we moved to 5 Palmer Square West in the Historic District of downtown Princeton.Since Matt Banihani’s purchase of Chez Alice in 2007 we have expanded both of our cake and cafe’ menus. We have had the same pastry chefs since 1995 and have been gracing the people of princeton with beautiful and tasty cakes and tarts ever since.
