About ReZone Coaching
ReZone provides 1:1 executive coaching for senior-level leaders who carry significant responsibility and visibility inside their organizations. I work primarily with C-level executives and other senior leaders who are highly capable, deeply committed, and often stretched thin. They are successful by many measures. Yet the pace, pressure, or complexity of their role can limit clarity, confidence, and impact. My work focuses on strengthening self-awareness, mindset, and leadership impact on others. My approach is practical, direct, and grounded in real-world experience. I do not prescribe formulas, but create space for reflection, honest feedback, and meaningful progress. Based in Louisville, KY, I serve leaders across North America.
